Nestled between the Swiss Alps and the Lake Constance, Brauerei Locher is a historical brewery that has been producing an interesting range of beer casked whisky for the past two decades. 2021 special edition is a single malt aged for six years in the traditional family beer casks and then finished in flavorful sherry butts. It is bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof).
