TASTING NOTES – MONYMUSK KILL DEVIL 9 YEAR OLD 2007

Nose

Hints of cut grass and mountain pine are followed by a mix of citrus fruits and soft hints of balsamic herbs, reminiscent of menthol.

Palate

At first, intense hot spices are perceived, then appear again aromas of cut grass. Citrus fruits and balsamic herbs (menthol) are also back.

Finish

Medium-long persistence. It releases a blast of balsamic herbs, among which the ubiquitous menthol stands out.

Overall, the Monymusk Kill Devil 9 Year Old 2007 is a rum with a good flavor intensity. It is balanced and of discreet harmony.
